• Clean resident rooms, offices, and common areas including vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and polishing
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents and guests
• Clean spills, soiled areas, and other housekeeping needs promptly
• Follow proper cleaning, sanitation, and infection control procedures
• Ensure cleaning equipment and supplies are properly stored
• Handle cleaning products and hazardous materials safely
• Report hazards, equipment concerns, and maintenance issues promptly
• Help maintain community appearance and resident satisfaction

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous housekeeping experience in healthcare or hospitality preferred
• Strong customer service and hospitality skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Dependable and trustworthy work ethic
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Effective communication skills
• Ability to pass required background checks and employment screenings
