Position: Administrative Assistant - 6-Months TTP
About the Opportunity

• Provide comprehensive administrative support, including preparing, formatting, proofreading, and finalizing correspondence, reports, and financial documents
• Support accounting processes by assisting with invoicing, work-in-process management, employee reimbursements, and tax return assembly and e-filing
• Coordinate meetings, manage scheduling and reception relief, and ensure accurate handling of sensitive materials in a fast-paced office environment

About You:

• You have at least two years of experience as an Administrative Assistant in a professional services environment
• You are highly organized, detail-oriented, and proficient in Microsoft Office
• You demonstrate initiative, professionalism, and the ability to manage confidential information while working independently and within a team

Pay Range:
$28 - $32 per hour
