Are you an experienced real estate administrator passionate about delivering high quality customer service?

An exciting opportunity has become available at our Place Newmarket Office for a passionate and personable administrator to join the team our team!

As Receptionist & Agent Support, you will play a crucial role in our front-of-house operations and provide exceptional service to all external and internal clients. In addition to this, you will work closely with our Lead Agents providing administrative support where required!

An average day working as Receptionist and Agent Support will include:
  • Providing exceptional customer service to all Customers, Clients & Colleagues.
  • Receive and delegate incoming calls with knowledge and confidence.
  • Manage and maintain the meeting rooms bookings, calendar, and cleanliness/upkeep.
  • Preparing Form 6s, Contracts and Marketing, including processing such documents.
  • Providing support to our sales and property management functions in an administrative and compliance capacity; and
  • Contributing to the role with new ideas and identifying new opportunities to improve client satisfaction.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
  • Knowledge of the residential real estate industry is desirable.
  • Previous experience in an administrative / reception position.
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Current Sales Registration Certificate
  • Strong time management skills and attention to detail.
  • Positive, ‘how can I help’ attitude with the ability be to be adaptable to change.
  • Professional presentation with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency working with Microsoft Office suite.
