We are seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant/Office Manager to join our business. Based in our support office in Newmarket you will be providing EA support to both our Chief People Officer, Chief Financial & Investment Manager combined with responsibilities as office manager. With one direct report (our lovely receptionist), this is a busy and fulfilling role with plenty of variety, in a corporate, fast paced environment.

Key responsibilities include:- Executive Assistant: Diary management, organising events and venues, travel bookings, processing expense claims, purchase order management, document preparation, printing binding and general administration support to both executives.
- Office Management: Main point of contact for facilities and property, management and support of reception and day-to-day running, organisation of office events (including end of year Christmas function), assist with on/offboarding of relevant teams, H&S representative and committee member.
We are seeking a person with excellent administration, coordination and communication skills, along with a can-do work ethic, strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities including internal and external stakeholders. You may currently be in a busy administration position and looking to step up or come from a similar position and looking to work in a fast paced, growth business.

- Great technical skills (MS Office) with the ability to learn new systems
