Southlake Health in Newmarket, ON, is seeking a Staff Scheduler to manage department schedules under the Manager. You will coordinate short-call coverage, approve time off requests, process scheduling changes, including vacation approvals and LOAs, and support timecard accuracy for a unionized hospital environment.
This onsite role requires working shifts 0500–1300, 0600–1400, 1300–2100 or 1600–2100. High school diploma required with community college preferred; at least one year scheduling
