Join Cuso International as a Volunteer Strategic Partnership Advisor in Medellín, Colombia, starting August 2026. Shape initiatives that empower women and youth in vulnerable situations through strategic partnerships. This five-month volunteer program is exclusively for Canadian citizens and permanent residents with advanced proficiency in Spanish.
You will be responsible for conducting needs assessments, leading capacity‑building workshops, and fostering meaningful business collaborations that make a difference in local communities.
Key Responsibilities- Assess skill shortages with local private sector companies
- Deliver workshops to enhance partner competencies
- Host networking events to explore collaboration opportunities
- Develop initiatives to support marginalized groups
- Implement a framework to monitor economic impacts
- Degree in Business Administration or similar fields
- Expertise in strategic business development
- Experience in marketing and the private sector
- Excellent relationship‑building capabilities
