Position: Lead FCA Compliance for Evouchers
Become the FCA Compliance Lead at Beyond in Newmarket with a flexible hybrid work arrangement. This role is integral in guiding Evouchers & Fundingconnect toward FCA authorisation.

Reporting directly to the Director of Information Security, you will leverage your background in FCA authorisation to build a scalable compliance framework. This position requires your leadership to navigate regulatory landscapes and ensure we meet FCA standards throughout our product suite.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive regulatory analysis to identify FCA compliance gaps

• Direct the FCA application process and documentation creation

• Embed compliance frameworks throughout all operations

• Define accountability and governance structures

• Implement proactive risk management strategies for compliance

Requirements:

• Proven experience in leading FCA authorisation applications

• Solid understanding of UK financial services laws

• Track record in fintech and regulated environments

• Experience in building compliance processes from the ground up

• Strong stakeholder influence and communication abilities
