Senior Analyst - Fp&A, Financial Systems & Analytics; East Gwillimbury

Job Responsibilities
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes to support organizational decision‑making.
- Develop and maintain financial models, scenario analyses, and business cases to evaluate strategic initiatives and business opportunities.
- Prepare executive‑level reporting and provide financial insights to support performance management and strategic planning.
- Support and optimize financial planning and reporting systems, including workflow design, reporting enhancements, and process improvements.
- Create dashboards, analytics, and management reports using business intelligence and financial planning tools.
- Identify opportunities to automate processes, improve data integrity, and enhance reporting efficiency.
- Establish and maintain consistent financial metrics, reporting standards, and governance practices.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to improve data quality, reporting capabilities, and planning processes across the organization.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related discipline.
- CPA or equivalent professional designation preferred.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), corporate finance, or a related analytical role.
- Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and scenario planning capabilities.
- Experience working with enterprise financial planning, ERP, or performance management systems.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with business intelligence/reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
- Demonstrated success supporting process improvement, systems implementations, or finance transformation initiatives.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment while effectively partnering with leaders across the organization.
Salary: $95,000/Hour
