Step into a critical role as the Finance Manager – Funds on a 21-month contract with Vaco by Highspring. Ensure detailed fund administration and collaborate with top financial executives across various functions.

As the Finance Manager, your leadership will involve overseeing all administrative facets of fund operations. You will manage timely financial reporting, maintain general ledgers, and assist in organizing audits. Collaborate closely with the fund administration team to ensure accurate valuations and reporting in alignment with regulations.

Your role is pivotal in supporting investor relations and tax planning initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer fund operations and investor communications

• Timely preparation of financial reporting packages

• Lead credit facility management and reporting efforts

• Organize annual audits for partnership evaluations

• Prepare tax kits for advisors and support filings

Requirements:

• Must be CPA designated

• Advanced skills in Excel and familiarity with Investran

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

• Ability to manage varying priorities effectively

• Proven problem-solving capabilities are essential
