Position: Non-Profit Finance Leadership Role
Drive financial strategy and technology oversight as the Director of Finance & IT at a dedicated non-profit organization. This 6-month contract focuses on funding accountability and compliance.

As the Director, you will oversee every aspect of finance, IT, and compliance, ensuring robust stewardship of public funds. You will partner with the Executive Director and Board while mentoring a dedicated team and managing critical financial operations to support organizational growth and effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead finance function, including budgeting and forecasting

• Oversee compliance with funding agreements and regulations

• Direct the full-cycle accounting process and audit readiness

• Supervise IT operations and enhance technology systems

• Foster team development across Finance and IT departments

Requirements:

• CPA required; 8+ years of finance leadership experience

• Familiarity with non-profit financial practices and compliance

• Proven record in financial reporting and managing audits

• Capacity to lead teams and build strong partnerships

• Expertise in accounting and ERP systems
