Join TD Canada Trust's team as a Personal Banking Associate Trainee, where you will help foster meaningful connections with customers. This role involves assisting with transactions, advising on banking solutions, and enhancing digital banking understanding. You will also contribute to various business processes while maintaining operational excellence in a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Engage customers in daily banking advice and service transactions
• Guide clients to appropriate staff for financial solutions
• Educate customers on new digital banking tools
• Support staff with cash and non-cash transactions
• Recommend improvements in branch operations for client experience
Requirements:
• High School diploma and/or 1+ years relevant experience
• Investment Funds Canada certification within 6 months
• Proficiency in MS Office and branch software
• Knowledge of banking solutions for customer assistance
• Strong communication skills for effective interaction
