Position: Group Controller at Magna
Elevate your finance career as the Group Controller at Magna, leading financial stewardship in a multi-plant automotive manufacturing environment. This role emphasizes business development, pricing governance, and automated reporting with Power BI.

As a Group Controller within the Mechatronics, Mirrors, and Lighting division, you will manage group-level financial operations and ensure timely, accurate reporting. Your responsibilities will encompass budgeting, forecasting, and collaborating with commercial teams to enhance operations and financial performance. You'll also modernize reporting systems for streamlined insights across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute month-end and year-end financial close processes

• Lead budgeting and variance analysis initiatives

• Strengthen internal controls and financial policies

• Develop financial models for new business opportunities

• Automate reporting and enhance dashboards using Power BI

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

• Over 7 years of finance experience in manufacturing

• CPA, CMA, or equivalent qualification preferred

• Strong background in cost accounting practices

• Advanced Excel and Power BI skills required
