About the Company

Our client is a leading global financial institution. They are looking for a Treasury Manager to join their team.

• Actively participate with a finance and risk team managing securities’ liquidity risk, ensuring sufficient reserves for regulatory and internal metrics.
• Support the Senior Treasury Manager with forecasting for wholesale liquidity, managing LCR, NCCF, NSFR and internal requirements.
• Collaborate across the company to clarify liquidity outlook and balance sheet recommendations.
• Act as a key advisor on liquidity, providing insights to mitigate risk while achieving business objectives.
• Deliver insights and analysis to improve liquidity management and advise senior leadership.
• Assist with liquidity initiatives such as annual policy reviews, regulatory inquiries, and ad‑hoc funding and liquidity analyses.
• Maintain documented policies, procedures, and accountability for an effective, well‑controlled process.
• Work with other wholesale liquidity pillars to manage new product implementations and technology changes.

• 5‑7 years of experience in Treasury, Capital Markets, Liquidity Risk Management, or finance/accounting.
• Post‑secondary degree in Finance, Business, Risk, or Economics; CPA, FRM, CFA, MBA valued.
• Strong communication skills, able to explain complex financial concepts to diverse audiences.

$115,000 – $130,000 per year.
