As the VP of Finance and Technology, you will report to the CEO and provide strategic leadership for CMHA's financial ecosystem.

Your role involves overseeing financial planning, budget management, and risk assessment to support organizational objectives. Collaboration with the Executive Leadership Team will strengthen CMHA's operational effectiveness and financial health.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct the organization’s finance portfolio for strategic planning

• Ensure strong budgeting, forecasting, and reporting practices

• Guide the leadership on financial performance and planning

• Support capital planning and identify growth opportunities

• Develop financial policies that align with organizational needs

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field required

• Chartered Professional Accountant designation mandatory

• Minimum of ten years' experience in health-care finance

• Strong background in financial planning and risk management

• Expertise in data analysis and decision support systems
