Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with ASPE/GAAP during financial close

• Lead the annual budget and forecasting processes

• Manage standard costing and analyze manufacturing variances

• Oversee inventory controls and BOM accuracy

• Act as SAP finance subject matter expert at the plant

Requirements:

• Hold a CA/CPA designation or nearing completion

• Experience in the manufacturing sector is essential

• Proficient in SAP financial reporting and analysis

• Demonstrated leadership in financial team management

• Strong analytical skills for process improvement
