Enhance the lives of residents at Aspira Cedarvale Lodge in a full-time Guest Attendant role. Engage deeply with residents through meaningful care and support.
As a Guest Attendant, your primary focus will be on providing compassionate care and support to residents in a welcoming environment. This temporary full-time position allows you to build lasting relationships with seniors, promoting comfort and well-being through dedicated service. You'll assist with daily activities and be part of a team that embodies empathy and respect for each individual's story.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support daily living activities for residents
• Respond promptly to resident call bells and alarms
• Assist with resident transports to activities and meals
• Provide cognitive and emotional support to residents
• Complete laundry and housekeeping duties as assigned
Requirements:
• One year experience in dining room service
• 'Safe Serve' designation
• Minimum grade 12 education
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
