Key Responsibilities:

• Direct and delegate tasks to restaurant team members

• Build and maintain relationships with hotel guests

• Conduct quality inspections and implement service standards

• Assist with banquets and event execution

• Maintain inventories and manage product requisitions

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education in Food and Beverage/Hospitality

• Experience with menu costing and cost controls

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

• Ability to collaborate effectively with team members
