As a new role into our business and reporting to the National Sales Manager, we are seeking a proactive and people‑focused Sales Operations Lead, to streamline and elevate our re‑sales function. The position will ensure removal of operational barriers for our sales executives, lead a high‑performing team of sales assistants, to enable our re‑sales processes to run smoothly, efficiently, and consistently.
Responsibilitieswill Include
- Lead and coach a team of Sales Assistants, driving high performance and sound support for Sales Executives.
- Optimise sales operations by identifying process bottlenecks and ensuring smooth administration across settlements, financial approvals, and promotional workflows.
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, Settlements and Finance to ensure seamless coordination and timely, accurate information flow.
- Manage resource planning, team development, and cyclical people processes such as performance reviews and objective setting.
- Support the delivery of tactical sales and marketing initiatives across the business.
- Maintain effective financial oversight of promotional offers, approvals, and admin‑related spend.
- Champion health, safety and wellbeing within the team.
Along with solid experience in sales operations within a fast‑paced environment, proven leadership in coaching teams and managing workload distribution, you will also have the following:
- Strong understanding of sales processes, settlements, promotions, and financial workflows.
- Ability to collaborate cross‑functionally, solve problems proactively, and drive continuous improvement.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and organisational skills.
- A customer‑first mindset and a calm, resourceful approach.
