Junior Sales Executive

Overview

We are aleading multi-brand automotive dealership representing XPENG, Mercedes-Benz Commercial, Volkswagen (VW), and VW Commercial Vehicles
. Our mission is todeliver a premium customer experience across both passenger and commercial vehicle sales while leading the transition to sustainable mobility.

• Customer Engagement: Welcome customers to the dealership, understand their needs, and assist them in choosing theright vehicle.
• Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of the XPENG, Mercedes-Benz Commercial, VW, and VWCommercial product ranges, including features, specifications, and financeoptions.
• Sales Support: Work alongside senior sales executives to support the sales process—from vehiclepresentation and test drives to finance and handover.
• Lead Management: Follow up on leadsfrom digital inquiries, walk-ins, and phone calls using the dealership CRMsystem.
• Target Achievement: Contribute to teamsales targets through proactive engagement and high-quality customer service.
• Brand Representation: Uphold the premiumstandards and values of each represented brand.
• Training &Development: Participate in brand and internal training to build sales and product expertise.

• Enthusiastic,self-motivated, and eager to learn.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional,customer-focused approach.
• Basic understanding ofthe automotive industry or a genuine passion for cars and technology.
• Full Irish driving license.
• Previous experience insales (retail, automotive, or customer service environments).
• Familiarity with CRMsystems and sales processes.
