As we build out our dedicated sales team and gear up for explosive growth in 2026, we're seeking a hunter-type sales pro to drive B2B expansion globally. Precambrian Products Inc. is a fast-scaling Canadian manufacturer delivering high-quality, in-demand industrial consumables for oil spill response, HVAC, filtration, PPE and beyond. This fully on-site role (weekdays 9-5) in our dynamic, small-team environment offers real ownership and the chance to shape our future.

What You'll Do:

  • Drive B2B sales and forge relationships with clients, distributors, resellers, and end users.
  • Uncover new global opportunities via onsite visits, cold outreach, and field activities.
  • Manage long-cycle pipelines, including government procurement.
  • Represent us at trade shows, conferences, and events, where we'll be exhibiting to expand our business network.
  • Collaborate on tailored solutions, provide market feedback for product innovation, handle pricing/quotations, align with manufacturing, monitor competitors, and maintain CRM.

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience in oil spill response, HVAC, filtration, or related industrial consumables (manufacturing sales a plus).
  • Deep understanding of applications, compliance, ERP systems, and customer needs.
  • Proven sales track record, industry relationships, and top-notch communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, with a valid G license and willingness for regional travel.
  • Comfortable using AI and modern tools to boost prospecting and efficiency.
