Modern MGMT is seeking motivated and ambitious Commercial Sales Representatives to help businesses improve their security through Enercents’ advanced smart camera and alarm systems.

This is a full-cycle sales position where you will be responsible for generating your own opportunities, meeting with business owners and decision-makers, conducting presentations, preparing proposals, and closing deals.

• Prospecting and generating new business opportunities
• Conducting in-person meetings with business owners and decision-makers
• Identifying client security needs and recommending solutions
• Presenting smart security camera and alarm systems
• Managing the sales process from initial contact through installation approval
• Following up with prospects and maintaining a healthy sales pipeline
• Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
• Consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Previous sales experience is an asset but not required
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
