As a Sales Lead at Build-A-Bear, you will take on a dual role that combines leadership and Bear Builder responsibilities. While serving as Floor Leader on Duty, your focus will be on directing team members and delivering outstanding guest service. Engage actively with guests, ensuring each visit meets brand standards for an enjoyable experience. You will also foster a collaborative atmosphere while upholding operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Model exceptional guest service and warm engagement

• Direct and support associates to achieve sales objectives

• Provide insights to management about operational performance

• Ensure compliance with brand standards for each guest interaction

• Foster a positive team environment and encourage collaboration

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED equivalent

• Availability for 15-25 hours per week

• Experience in retail or customer service preferred

• Strong interpersonal skills for guest interactions

• Must be flexible with retail work hours
