What does an Allstate Sales Agent do?- Build and manage your pipeline through outreach, referrals, and community involvement.
- Meet with prospective clients, understand their needs, and use consultative selling to guide them toward the right insurance solutions.
- Stay active locally by attending events and partnering with community organizations.
- Maintain consistent sales activity to meet monthly and quarterly targets.
- Nurture relationships that lead to long‑term business and repeat referrals.
- Your earnings grow directly with your sales performance, with average earners making $70,000 to $120,000 annually
