• Sales Champion
  :
  Use innovative selling strategies to promote Rogers / Fido products and services to new and existing customers develop and execute tactical sales plans to meet or exceed all sales targets. Effectively utilize all sales tools and promotion and actively participate in incentives and programs. Make prospecting an integral part of regular routine
• Service Oriented: Interacts with customers following the guidelines provided through Rogers / Fido programs and standards
• Problem‑solver: Troubleshoot customer care issues and provide solutions by working with key internal contacts. Escalate issues that cannot be resolved, whether customer service, operational or personnel related to the appropriate department within the company or Rogers

• A minimum of 1-year of retail/sales/customer service experience
