As part of the New Roads team, located in Newmarket, Ontario, Sales Consultants will foster lasting relationships with clients while driving sales at various dealerships. A successful candidate will bring a customer-focused attitude, strong communication skills, and a high level of integrity to every transaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and assist customers with vehicle information
• Facilitate test drives and manage sales orders
• Overcome customer objections and tailor solutions
• Maintain relationships and follow up on leads
• Stay informed about new products and competitor activity
Requirements:
• Previous sales experience is an asset
• Experience in hospitality beneficial
• Strong verbal communication and presentation skills
• Self-motivated with a customer-oriented mindset
• Flexible to work evenings and Saturdays
