We re growing and are looking for a motivated, energetic, and customer-focused Sales Consultant to join our team.

• Help customers find the perfect new or pre-owned vehicle.
• Deliver an outstanding, pressure-free buying experience.
• Build long-term relationships with customers before, during, and after the sale.
• Follow up with leads and referrals using our CRM.
• Stay current on Ford products, technology, and financing options.
• Work alongside a supportive management team committed to your success.

• Sales experience is an asset, but not required—we ll train the right person.
• Strong communication and people skills.
• Positive attitude with a strong work ethic.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
• Comfortable using technology and CRM systems.
• Valid Ontario driver s licence with a clean driving record.
