Overview

Match Retail is seeking an experienced, motivated, and results-driven Sales
Team Lead to represent Nespresso within multiple Costco locations. In this elevated leadership role, you will be responsible for driving sales performance, coaching and mentoring Coffee Sales Advisors, and ensuring the successful execution of the Nespresso Roadshow program.

As a hands-on leader, you will lead from the front by actively engaging customers, demonstrating products, and supporting your team in achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate is a natural coach with strong sales experience, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for developing others while delivering outstanding customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and motivate a team of Coffee Sales Advisors to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Provide ongoing mentorship, feedback, and performance coaching to support team development and success.

Lead by example through active customer engagement, product demonstrations, and sales generation.

Monitor team performance and identify opportunities to improve results and customer interactions.

Ensure consistent execution of Nespresso brand standards, promotional activities, and Costco Roadshow expectations.

Foster a positive, collaborative, and high-performing team culture.

Assist with onboarding and training new team members as required.

Maintain a strong knowledge of Nespresso products, promotions, and competitive offerings.

Ensure kiosk displays remain clean, organized, and visually appealing.

Partner with Match Retail leadership to communicate field insights, challenges, and opportunities.

Support program reporting and operational requirements as needed.

Compensation: $24 per hour, plus performance-based sales incentives.

Training: Paid online training and ongoing leadership support.

What We're Looking For

Minimum 1–2 years of retail sales or supervisor experience with strong coaching, mentoring, and leadership abilities.

Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Proficient with mobile reporting applications and Microsoft Office programs.

Ability to stand for extended periods throughout scheduled shifts.

Experience managing schedules, reporting, and field execution is considered an asset.

Access to a reliable vehicle is required, as travel between Costco warehouse locations within the assigned territory required every 2 weeks.

Food Handler Certification is required.

Full availability between Monday through Sunday.
