As a Sales Associate, you'll be part of a motivated and innovative team.

Your role includes greeting clients with enthusiasm, presenting the Orange theory concept, and assisting members at the front desk. You'll participate in studio tours, sell memberships, and contribute to marketing events while maintaining studio cleanliness and organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet all clients warmly and enthusiastically

• Present the OTF concept to interested consumers

• Conduct studio tours for prospective members

• Support trainers in guiding intros through workouts

• Handle member concerns professionally and effectively

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills, in person and on paper

• Passion for building rapport and teamwork

• Positive attitude and enthusiasm for fitness

• Availability for morning shifts from 5:00 am to 1:00 pm

• Commitment to maintaining studio cleanliness
