- Temporary (18-month contract) - Volkswagen of Newmarket, Newmarket, ON L3Y 9A1 Drive Your Career Forward with Pfaff Automotive We are looking for a Compliance Administrator to join our team at Volkswagen of Newmarket. This is a temporary 18-month contract position. Pfaff Automotive is part of North America's largest automotive retailer, Lithia and Driveway, and it's your chance to grow with us!

• Manage vehicle contracts once initiated by Brand Ambassador/Specialists.
• Process finance and lease deals through financial sources to secure approval.
• Ensure that funding documents are completed and signed by customers, then sent to the relevant funding company for processing.
• Confirm receipt of deposit for sold vehicles.
• Enter warranty purchases to DMS (CDK).
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Sales Manager

• 1+ years experience in a comparable role
• Experience with licensing, CDK and One-Eighty
• Detail-oriented, excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills.
• Work efficiently and effectively under pressure with simultaneous deadlines.
• Work flexible hours (evenings and weekends) based on retail hours of operation.

Compensation Range: $45,000-$50,000
