Position

Description

The Inventory Resolution Representative is responsible for researching and resolving inventory discrepancies, managing cycle count activities, and maintaining inventory integrity within the facility. This role ensures accurate reporting, supports continuous improvement, and partners with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and operational efficiency.

What You Will Do
  • Diagnose and repair CNC machines, drives, motors, and tooling malfunctions.
  • Perform machine repairs and non-routine maintenance to ensure uptime.
  • Operate forklifts and personnel lifts safely.
  • Fabricate components and devices from wood, metal, and Plexiglas to improve quality and productivity.
  • Install, adapt, and maintain equipment, including air, grease, and coolant lines, switches, belts, and guards.
  • Conduct plumbing, welding, brazing, soldering, and construction tasks as required.
  • Use hand and power tools for repairs and fabrication.
  • Manage inventory and maintenance records using CMMS systems; identify and order MRO parts.
  • Evaluate, repair, and replace electrical motors and components; wire machines and perform basic PLC maintenance.
  • Install new equipment to meet production needs.
  • Adhere to all safety requirements and maintain a clean, organized work area following 5S principles.
What You Will Bring
  • Completion of relevant industrial trade training or minimum 5 years general maintenance experience.
  • Skilled in repair and maintenance, including, but not limited to minor plumbing, electrical, mechanical, HVAC and miscellaneous renovation repairs.
  • Basic electronics knowledge with experience with industrial electricity/wiring and arc welding.
  • Ability to read and interpret verbal instructions, technical drawings, and blueprints.
  • Qualified forklift operator.
  • Self-starter with high degree of initiative, agility, flexibility, and professionalism.
  • Exceptional communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal relationship skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours
