Miller Maintenance provides maintenance services on contracts for the Ministry of Transportation throughout Ontario, committing to continuous improvement through education, innovation, safety, and training.

As a Core Operator, you will repair potholes, guardrails, and end treatments; install and replace signs; remove debris; maintain equipment; perform daily cycle checks; document incidents, timesheets, fuel records, and hours‑of‑service logs; support the Emergency Response Team during incidents with OPP, Fire, and EMS; and ensure all work meets CDM Canada requirements. Safety is paramount when operating heavy equipment.

• Class DZ license
• Road maintenance experience and knowledge of OTM Book 7
• Mechanically inclined – able to operate small tools and heavy equipment
• Availability to remain on call and work assigned day, night, and weekend shifts

• Ability to lift 50 lbs
• Basic computer skills

$28 - $32 per hour
