Position: Cable Technician for KBLE Systems
Location: East Gwillimbury

Join KBLE as a skilled Cable Technician and expand your expertise in structured cabling and security systems. Work with a variety of technologies including fiber optics and AV systems.

KBLE is seeking detail-oriented Cable Technicians to manage installations and maintenance for commercial clients. Candidates should have knowledge of computer networking, electrical systems, and experience with hand and power tools. Enthusiastic newcomers with strong mechanical aptitude are welcomed, as training is provided for those eager to start in the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install and troubleshoot Ethernet and Fiber-Optic networks

• Service various security systems, including access control and cameras

• Set up AV systems, video conferencing, and theater rooms

• Perform wiring and termination of low-voltage systems

• Conduct testing to ensure network performance

Requirements:

• Experience in telecommunication installation preferred

• Knowledge of Ethernet and security systems

• Mechanical aptitude to use hand tools effectively

• Ability to read technical diagrams

• Relevant electrical or telecommunications certifications are a plus
