Bridgepoint Maintenance is looking for a licensed and reliable Plumber to attend residential properties, complete plumbing assessments, diagnose plumbing issues, perform approved plumbing repairs, respond to emergency plumbing calls when required, and identify additional plumbing or property concerns that may require follow-up. This role is ideal for someone who is licensed, experienced, hands‑on, professional, punctual, and able to work independently in the field.

The right person should be comfortable attending residential properties, using company systems, documenting work with photos and videos, communicating clearly, and completing plumbing work safely and within the proper licensed scope.

• Attend residential properties for plumbing service calls, assessments, repairs, emergency calls, and follow‑up appointments
  • Respond to urgent or emergency plumbing issues when assigned or scheduled
  • Inspect plumbing issues and determine the cause of the problem
• Complete approved plumbing repairs in a safe, professional, and code‑compliant manner
• Diagnose leaks, clogs, drainage issues, fixture problems, water supply issues, and plumbing‑related concerns
• Take clear photos and videos of the issue, work area, completed repair, and any concerns requiring follow‑up
• Provide clear updates, notes, photos, videos, and details of completed work after each visit
• Use the company app, phone, calendar, and required systems to receive jobs, view appointment details, submit updates, upload photos/videos, and communicate status
• Respect the calendar, arrive on time, and keep appointments updated properly
  • Communicate professionally with tenants, owners, and internal team members
• Identify when additional plumbing work, another licensed trade, restoration, or follow‑up service is required
• Create or recommend additional work orders for plumbing‑related follow‑up repairs
  • Return to properties to complete approved follow‑up plumbing work
• Follow company instructions, appointment details, access instructions, calendar bookings, and documentation requirements

• Valid plumbing license required
• Previous experience as a licensed plumber, plumbing contractor, service plumber, maintenance plumber, or similar role
• Strong knowledge of residential plumbing repairs and service work
• Available to handle emergency plumbing calls when required
• Reliable transportation
• Necessary plumbing tools and equipment available
• Comfortable attending residential properties independently
