Window Cleaning Crew Supervisor Position

As a full-time General Labourer Team Lead, you'll manage 2-3 crew members while performing diverse tasks such as window cleaning and eaves trough services. This role focuses on enhancing your leadership, communication, and technical abilities as you interact directly with clients. You’ll ensure jobs are completed safely and efficiently, making a significant impact on customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise a team for window cleaning and maintenance

• Maintain clear communication with clients on job status

• Create quotes and manage payments through an app

• Schedule new and existing clients effectively

• Ensure equipment is properly stored and maintained

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED

• Background in sales or supervision preferred

• Familiarity with safety regulations in the industry

• Ability to work safely at elevated heights

• Transportation to job sites is essential
