Position: Heavy Equipment Crane Operator Needed
American Iron & Metal is seeking a skilled Crane Operator in Newmarket. Utilizes your heavy equipment expertise to make a measurable impact in the metal recycling industry.

In this position, you will safely manage crane operations to lift and position metal materials effectively. A certification in crane operation and a minimum of one year of relevant experience are necessary. You will also conduct inspections and collaborate with team members to ensure operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate cranes to lift and position metal materials safely

• Ensure secure loading and unloading of trucks and containers

• Carry out pre and post-operation crane inspections

• Collaborate with colleagues and management for seamless operations

• May include operating loaders and shears as required

Requirements:

• Certification in Crane Operation required

• At least 1 year of heavy industrial experience

• Strong attention to detail and safety knowledge

• Familiarity with material handling and operational procedures

• Ability to work effectively in industrial settings
