Key Responsibilities:
• Perform comprehensive inspections of HVAC systems
• Maintain air handling units and related equipment

• Utilize Building Automation Systems for monitoring

Requirements:
• Certification in Refrigeration 313(A) or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years' experience in healthcare settings
• Knowledge of HEPA filters and isolation systems
• Proficient in interpreting mechanical schematics
• Proficient verbal and written communication skills
