We are a privately owned, independent 4 Red Star Hotel and Spa. The successful candidate will be joining our kitchen team of talented chefs at Bedford Lodge Hotel & Spa.

As Breakfast Chef you will be fully up to date with the latest cooking and presentation techniques, preparing fresh local foods for our guests and supporting the Kitchen Team. You must have experience with pressure in a busy high-end restaurant and be accomplished at preparing and presenting dishes using fresh local, high quality ingredients, whilst remaining calm under pressure.

This is a full-time position (45 hours per week). You will be working on rota basis, 5 days out of 7 including weekends.

Staff accommodation is available if required.

You will bring:

• Experience of cooking fresh breakfast dishes to a high standard
• Passion and creative flair, Eager to learn and develop
• Excellent communication skills with colleagues and guests
• The ability to remain calm and focused on quality during busy service
• Experience in leading a section, strong team player
• Fresh ideas and experience
