You willjoin a team of professionals who strive to provide an exceptional service toour guests within our 2 AA Rosette ‘Squires’ Restaurant, the Roxana Bar and theSpa Lounge.

The Position

Supporting the Restaurant & Bar Manager, youwill oversee a team of like-minded individuals whilst being committed toleading by example, motivating others, and providing exemplary service to ourguests.

You’ll have experience motivating a hospitalityteam, be highly conscientious and be ready to hit the ground running.

This is a full-time position (45 hours per week).You will have full availability to work a range of shifts on a rota basis including weekends.

About You

You will have:

• Experience at Assistant Manager / Supervisor level within a similar environment.
• Apassion for hospitality and Food & Beverage with strong product knowledge.
• Acommitment to maintaining high standards.
• Dedicated to providing excellent customer care.
• Flexibility and availability to work evenings and weekends on a rota basis.
• Adesire to work in a professional guest-focused hotel environment.
• Professionalism and excellent personal presentation.
