Talent Consultancy in Newmarket is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Assistant to cover a small portfolio of luxury private estates near Newmarket. The role is a 6-month fixed-term contract with strong potential to go permanent, salary £35,000, hours Monday–Friday.
You will perform general property maintenance and repairs, basic carpentry, plumbing and tiling, and assist with refurbishment works while supervising contractors.
