Ian Polson LLP offers a Heritage Engineering Technician Apprenticeship focused on mechanical restoration of Talbot and other pre-war vehicles. You will work with an experienced team on preservation, maintenance and restoration projects, while gaining hands‑on skills and detailed knowledge of classic car engineering.
The programme combines traditional craftsmanship with modern diagnostics and training at the Mechanical Academy, over 36 months, with block releases and employer-based time.
