Excellent attendance and punctuality required.
Minimum high school diploma, appropriate clerical and business training/experience.
Required Skills- Word processing and spreadsheet skills.
- Knowledge of a variety of office equipment and procedures.
- Practical knowledge of business English, general vocabulary, spelling, and modern office practices.
- Ability to maintain clerical and confidential records.
- Sound interpersonal skills to meet and deal with the general public, peers and supervisors in an effective and tactful manner.
- Willingness to expand knowledge and skills.
- Other reasonable duties as assigned by Principal or Administrator.
Two (2) years acceptable clerical experience preferred.
