Automotive Service Advisor M-F

• Location: Newnan, GA
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–6:00 PM; no weekends
• Pay Type: Performance-based compensation
• Earning Potential: $2,000–$3,000+ per week

Driven Import Auto Care is a trusted automotive repair shop in Newnan, GA, specializing in Asian and European vehicles while also servicing domestic makes. The team is committed to professional, high-quality maintenance and repairs with a strong focus on customer service and vehicle performance.

• Handle customer intake and accurately document vehicle concerns and service needs
• Create and present repair estimates and recommended maintenance
• Explain repair recommendations clearly and obtain customer authorization
• Manage repair orders from initial write-up through vehicle delivery
• Maintain communication with customers and technicians throughout the repair process
• Follow up with customers regarding repair status, recommendations, and approvals
• Identify and present appropriate maintenance and repair opportunities
• Support sales and gross profit performance while delivering a professional customer experience

• Minimum 5 years of Automotive Service Advisor or Service Writer experience
• Automotive industry background
• Strong sales experience and demonstrated ability to present automotive repairs and maintenance
• Strong customer communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple repair orders and competing priorities
• Comfortable working in a performance-driven environment
• CRM experience is helpful but not required; training is available

• $2,000–$3,000+ per week in earning potential

• Approximately 50–75 vehicles serviced per week.
• Average repair order (ARO) of approximately $800.
• Vehicle mix is approximately 71% European, 20% Asian, and 10% domestic.
• 12-bay shop with 9 lifts.
• Uses Tekmetric for shop management and digital vehicle inspections (DVIs).
• Uses Steer for CRM.
