Remodeling Field Superintendent

Construction Superintendent

Supervise daily construction activities across multiple residential remodeling projects.

Manage 8-10 active job sites simultaneously.

Serve as the primary on-site contact for homeowners, subcontractors, suppliers, and inspectors.

Coordinate field crews and subcontractors to maintain project schedules.

Ensure job site safety, cleanliness, and OSHA compliance.

Conduct quality control inspections and ensure work meets project specifications.

Coordinate required inspections and code compliance.

Review blueprints, contracts, specifications, and project documents.

Ensure materials, tools, equipment, and labor are available for upcoming work.

Monitor project budgets, timesheets, and invoices; report discrepancies.

Conduct site walkthroughs and prepare field progress reports.

Provide regular project updates to company leadership.

Travel between multiple project sites as required.

Represent the company professionally with clients and project stakeholders.

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Construction Superintendent or Foreman in residential construction.

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Residential Remodeling Superintendent.

Proven ability to manage multiple active projects simultaneously.

Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and contracts.

Knowledge of residential construction practices and remodeling projects.

Working knowledge of OSHA safety standards.

Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook preferred.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.

Ability to work independently in outdoor and active construction environments.
