In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing a warm welcome and assisting them with their needs to ensure a positive experience from the moment they arrive.

• Greet customers promptly and warmly as they enter the facility.
• Assist customers by answering questions and guiding them through our services.
• Manage customer check‑in and wait times efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized front reception area.
• Coordinate with service technicians and staff to ensure timely customer service.
• Handle phone calls and direct them to appropriate team members.
• Provide general information about Precision Tune Auto Care services.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly and approachable personality.
• Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills.
• Reliable and punctual, with a professional appearance.
