Dental Assistant

Job Summary

We are seeking a Dental Assistant with general dentistry experience to join our team. The Dental Assistant will assist the dental team in providing high-quality dental care to our patients at our offices:
Complete Dental Arts and Fayette Dental Group, located in Thomas Crossroads and Fayetteville, respectively. This position is co‑located in Fayetteville and Newnan.

• Prepare treatment rooms for dental procedures.
• Sterilize and disinfect instruments and equipment.
• Assist the dental professionals during procedures by handing them instruments and anticipating their needs.
• Take and develop dental x‑rays.
• Record patient information, including medical history and treatment plans.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and postoperative care.
• Schedule patient appointments and maintain accurate patient records.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of a dental assisting program or relevant work experience.
• X‑ray certification preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Knowledge of dental instruments and sterilization methods.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• General dentistry experience required.
