Maintain daily inventory appearance and security while ensuring vehicle zones and parking areas remain organized and optimized for smooth operations;
Document and track incoming and outgoing inventory through shipping and receiving processes to support accurate, transparent vehicle records;
Receive, prepare, and process vehicles—including pairing locators, capturing photos, and securing keys—to ensure readiness for sale or auction;
Support auction operations by assisting with preparation, coordination, and execution activities that enable a seamless experience;
Complete daily inventory scanning and reconciliation to ensure accurate, real-time visibility of site inventory
