• Visit 4+ jobsites daily for bathtub/counter top refinishing
• Repair surface damage and conduct spot repair work
• Deliver exceptional customer service to staff and tenants
• Maintain progress notes and updates in CRM/Dispatch tool
• Follow the company 5‑step repair process and use custom toolkit
• Utilize creativity for unique repair solutions in various settings (apartments, hotels, commercial buildings)
• Communicate with support team on issues or questions

• Hands‑on trade experience (construction, manufacturing, painting, or related hobby)
• Knowledge of color and paint application; ability to understand and manipulate color
• Maintenance experience is a plus but not required
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Reliable and punctual with ability to work independently on multiple jobsites
