Set up, operate, and maintain CNC and manual machine tools to fabricate or repair precision components, working within tight tolerances.;
Analyze blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders to determine machine setups, procedures, and optimal machining sequences.;
Apply knowledge of geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T) to ensure product conformity.;
Utilize and interpret various precision measuring instruments, such as micrometers (/OD/depth), calipers, and pi tapes, to inspect parts and ensure they meet specifications.;
Align and secure holding fixtures, cutting tools, attachments, and materials onto machines.
