Inspector is responsible for validating process adherence on both the component and subsequent paperwork to the work instructions and all relevant specifications.

• Perform dimensional and visual inspections, generate C of C in accordance with work instructions and customer specifications.
• May perform additional tasks such as chemical testing, assembly, disassembly, vibratory tumble, blending, peen, grit blast, masking/prep, vane install and operate CMM in accordance with work instructions and customer specifications.
• Perform all work in accordance with plant safety rules and maintain highest quality standards, including routine preventive maintenance on machines and other routine labor work as required by production flow.
• Prepare necessary quality documents and confirm quality of own work using inspection tools in accordance with product specifications, drawings, and work instructions. Adhere to all 5S/CPEX policies and maintain a continuous improvement mindset.

• Must have HS Diploma or GED. Strong shop mathematics skills required.
• On‑the‑job experience of 3-5 years in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Must be able to follow instructions, read and interpret blueprints.
• Must be able to work in a team environment.

The position requires wearing specific PPE: steel‑toe shoes, hearing protection, and safety glasses. It may require work hours outside of the regular schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Non‑exempt employees will be paid overtime in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.

The salary range for this position reflects a broad spectrum of experience levels. Individual compensation within the range is determined by factors such as relevant experience, education, certifications, job‑related skills, internal equity, and market conditions.
