This role involves planning and designing manufacturing processes, optimizing efficiency through detailed analysis, and working closely with teams on production improvements. Candidates should possess at least three years of manufacturing engineering experience and a Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent experience.
The position offers benefits including bonus potential and a 401k with matching. Normal working hours are from 8 AM to 5 PM, with the possibility of up to 50 hours a week.
